Bookkeeping Services From $25 a Week
Hand us the receipts, the bank feed and the bills. You get reconciled books, a named bookkeeper and a month-end pack by the 10th, for a fixed fee quoted before we start. Whether you are three months behind or just tired of doing it at 11pm on a Sunday.

Six Jobs You Should Never Have to Think About Again
Most owners do not want a bookkeeping partner. They want these six things to be permanently, quietly true.
Online Bookkeeping
The whole thing done in the cloud. No drop-offs, no USB sticks, no waiting for someone to be in the office. Works the same whether you are in Parramatta or Perth.
Learn moreInvoice Processing & Accounts Payable
Supplier bills captured, coded and queued for payment. Customer invoices raised the day the job finishes, then chased politely until they are paid.
Learn moreBank Reconciliation & Month-End
Every account reconciled to the cent, control accounts checked against what was actually filed, and the close finished on a date you can plan around.
Learn moreBAS-Ready Bookkeeping
GST coded correctly line by line, control accounts reconciled, and a quarter your registered BAS or tax agent can lodge from without asking you a single question.
Learn moreCatch-Up Bookkeeping
Behind by months or by years. We quote the backlog separately, start with the current financial year to stop the bleeding, then work backwards until you are current.
Learn moreReporting You Can Read
A two-page pack each month with profit, cash, debtors, creditors and the money already committed to the ATO, plus a note on what changed and why.
Talk to usSame Business, Two Different Months
Nothing here is about working harder. It is about who is holding the process.
- Sunday night reconciling, three weeks after the transactions happened
- Receipts in the glovebox, the ute, and three email folders
- GST guessed on anything unusual, and hoped for
- Debtors chased when cash gets tight, not when they age
- Accountant’s bill includes a line for “additional work required”
- You find out the business had a bad quarter in October
- Reconciled weekly, closed and delivered by the 10th
- Receipts photographed once and gone from your life
- GST treatment decided by someone who does this all day
- Aged debtors on your pack every month, worst first
- Accountant receives clean books and bills you less
- You knew about the bad month on the 10th of the next one
Every Engagement Includes This
Not a menu of upsells. This is the base, and it is the same for a sole trader with fifty transactions and a business with five thousand.
Bank and card feeds coded weekly rather than in one monthly blitz, so problems surface while the answer is still fresh in someone’s memory.
The transactions that repeat every week get coded automatically and correctly. Fewer decisions each month means fewer mistakes and a cheaper file to run.
Anything we cannot identify is batched into a single short list, sent once. You will never get a drip of individual “what was this $47?” emails.
Bank, credit cards, loans, clearing accounts and payment platforms, matched to statements rather than left with an unexplained difference carried forward.
Profit, cash, debtors, creditors and ATO money set aside, on two pages, with a written note on what moved.
A reconciled file plus the working papers they normally have to build themselves. Most clients see their accounting fee fall in the first full year.
The same person every month, who knows your business, your suppliers and which of your customers always pays late. Email them directly.
Bookkeeping From $25 a Week
That is less than most businesses spend on coffee in a week, for a reconciled set of books, a named bookkeeper and a month-end pack you can plan around. Your fee is fixed and quoted up front, so it does not move because we had a busy month.
Good Questions to Ask Us
Very little, and that is the point. Bank feeds come to us automatically. Receipts you photograph on your phone as you go, or forward to a dedicated email address. Then once a month you answer one short query list, usually five to ten lines. That is the whole obligation.
Always, and we prefer it. We introduce ourselves at the start, ask how they want the file structured and what working papers they want at year end, then deliver exactly that. A good accountant is delighted to receive reconciled books, because it lets them do advisory work instead of clean-up.
No lock-in contract. We ask for one month’s notice, purely so a close is not abandoned halfway through. Your accounting file is in your own subscription, so if you leave, you keep everything and simply remove our access.
No. Nearly every file we take on has something wrong with it: a suspense account with years of odds and ends, GST coded to the wrong side, duplicated invoices from a failed import. We tell you what we found and what it costs to fix, without any commentary on how it got there.
