With read-only access, we run the checks that matter: chart of accounts, bank rules, suspense balances, what is not reconciling, and the payroll setup.

What we found, what we would do about it, and a fixed monthly fee. Plus a separate figure for any catch-up work if you are behind.
Bring These and We Go Deeper
None of it is required. We can have a useful conversation with none of it. But if these are to hand, the half hour is considerably sharper.
- Read-only access to your file. The single most useful thing. Almost everything we can tell you comes from looking rather than asking.
- Your last set of accounts. Whatever your accountant most recently produced, however out of date.
- Roughly how many employees and which award. Even “six people, I think it is the retail one” is enough to start.
- The question that bothers you. The one about your own business you currently cannot answer. That usually tells us more than the file does.
On access: read-only is genuinely read-only. We can look and report; we cannot change anything. If you would rather not grant access before you have decided anything, that is completely reasonable and we will work from your reports instead.
